Yeni Takım Arkadaşımızdan Neler Bekliyoruz?
- Creation and regular monitoring of personnel files in compliance with current regulations.
- Management of all processes related to employee onboarding, offboarding, job changes, transfers, and role assignments in accordance with regulations.
- Calculation of severance and notice compensation, deductions, and management of resignation, contract termination, and notification processes in compliance with legal procedures during offboarding.
- Management of daily and monthly overtime tracking processes for employees.
- Tracking and inputting of annual leave, unpaid leave, sick reports, and attendance records into the system.
- Management of employee garnishment processes and necessary correspondence with enforcement offices.
- Monitoring of workplace accidents in compliance with legal processes and timely notification to relevant authorities.
- Management and tracking of Pension Fund/Automatic Enrollment processes.
- Management and tracking of private health insurance, life insurance, and personal accident insurance processes.
- Tracking of notifications and legal processes to be made to SGK (Social Security Institution) and İşkur (Turkish Employment Agency).
- Monitoring of employee incentives, preparation of necessary documents, and management of approval processes.
- Calculation of employees' overtime and ensuring accurate reflection in the payroll.
- Preparation and presentation of necessary reports, such as employee lists, annual leave reports, and reports on employees with disabilities.
- Support in salary payment processes and preparation of monthly payrolls.
- Preparation and presentation of personnel reports and employee cost reports.
- Preparation of official documents (such as employment certificates, employer letters, etc.) in response to employee requests.
- Keeping the personnel information systems (SAP SF module) up to date and ensuring the accuracy of the data.
- Ensuring compliance and control of domestic and international payroll processes.
- Management of processes related to private health insurance, personal accident insurance, and other related benefits.
- Fluent in English,

- Bachelor’s degree or higher from relevant university departments,
- At least 2 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- Fluent in English,
- Residing in Istanbul,
- Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Team-oriented and collaborative.
