ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST / SR SPECIALIST

Eczacıbaşı Yapı Gereçleri A.Ş. (EYAP), Türkiye’nin ilk ve en büyük seramik sağlık gereçleri üreticisi ve ihracatçısı unvanına sahip. Kuruluş, 1958’den beri VitrA markalı seramik sağlık gereçleri, 1991’den bu yana da banyo mobilyaları, küvet ve duş tekneleri üretiyor. 

• Conduct the analysis of organizational structures, responsibilities, teamwork, capabilities of incumbents, business or operating procedures, reporting relationships, processes, and work flow to devise most efficient methods of accomplishing work,
• Conduct operational and organizational effectiveness reviews to ensure systems are applied as designed and functioning satisfactorily,
• Conduct change management approaches to transit individuals, teams and the organization from a current state to the desired future state,
• Conduct and negotiate manpower plans,
• Aligning organizational culture, competencies/ proficiency, structures, systems and forms of conducting business to organizational vision, mission and strategies and their integrity to continuous change of the world,
• Working with business owners in a coordinated manner to consolidate the operation of the annual budget, ensure invoice reconciliation, profit and loss evaluation according to the goals, monitor compliance with the conditions of the contract,
• Manage projects to identify and solve functional or organizational problems to improve the health and effectiveness of the business through a number of analysis tools,
• Manage project development for Human Resources AI and automation projects.

• Graduated from universities, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Economics and Administrative Sciences, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Sociology, or Psychology,
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources,
• Excellent command of English,
• Use MS Office programs effectively,
• Team-oriented and adopt a customer-focused approach,
• Committed to working in a solution and results-oriented manner,
