• Analyze training and development needs and create training programs accordingly.
• Develop training content in various formats, including e-learning platforms and in-person training sessions.
• Monitor employee performance and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Develop and implement development strategies aligned with company goals.
• existing training programs based on employee feedback.
• Play an active role in talent development, leadership programs, and mentoring processes.
• Actively contribute to the digitalization of training and development programs.
• Manage the training budget and utilize resources efficiently.

• Graduated from universities, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Economics and Administrative Sciences, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Sociology, or Psychology,
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of training,
• Excellent command of English,
• Use MS Office programs effectively,
• Team-oriented and adopt a customer-focused approach,
• Committed to working in a solution and results-oriented manner
