- Analyze training and development needs and create training programs accordingly.
- Develop training content in various formats, including e-learning platforms and in-person training sessions.
- Monitor employee performance and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Develop and implement development strategies aligned with company goals.
- existing training programs based on employee feedback.
- Play an active role in talent development, leadership programs, and mentoring processes.
- Actively contribute to the digitalization of training and development programs.
- Manage the training budget and utilize resources efficiently.
Nasıl bir takım arkadaşı arıyoruz?
- Graduated from universities, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Economics and Administrative Sciences, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Sociology, or Psychology,
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of training,
- Excellent command of English,
- Use MS Office programs effectively,
- Team-oriented and adopt a customer-focused approach,
- Committed to working in a solution and results-oriented manner
