INVESTMENT PROJECTS MANAGER

Dr. Nejat F. Eczacıbaşı tarafından 1942’de temelleri atılan Eczacıbaşı Topluluğu, başta yapı ürünleri, tüketim ürünleri ve sağlık alanlarında, ulusal ve uluslararası pazarlara yönelik olarak faaliyet gösteren, Türkiye’nin önde gelen sanayi topluluklarından biridir. Eczacıbaşı Topluluğu, toplam 50 kuruluşu, 13.500’ün üzerinde çalışanı ve 2022 sonu itibarıyla 2 milyar euro cirosuyla gayrimenkul geliştirme, doğal kaynaklar ve bilgi teknolojileri alanlarında da faaliyet göstermektedir.

• Monitor industry trends and competitors. Leading market research and related analysis in support of the M&A priorities, capturing and identifying information on market activity
• Proactively engage in conceptualization and assessment of growth strategies. Develop and oversee development plans in different fields of activity
• Identify and pursue potential targets that meet our strategic criteria and specific financial/operational metrics
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis including business diligence, projection scenarios, and revenue/cost synergy analysis
• Lead due diligence processes with cross-functional teams
• Oversee transaction from initiation to closure and manage third party advisors including but not limited to legal, financial, tax, commercial
• Coordinate smooth integration of acquired companies in coordination with subsidiaries
• As a senior member of the team, steer and educate the juniors
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports/presentations on various topics including Board Meetings, management meetings
• Drive the agenda for meetings at corporate level by coordinating all parties
• Be a contact person on deals for the team  

• Bachelor's degree (Master’s degree is a plus) in Business Administration, Economics and Engineering or similar discipline from a reputable university.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in financial advisory, consultancy, corporate finance, private equity, or investment banking, preferably in M&A, leveraged finance, industry team, or execution team.
• Strong deal execution track record, showcasing your ability to navigate and successfully close complex transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Excellent analytical, project management, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative mentality, and drive to succeed.
• Proficiency in valuation methodologies, financial analysis, accounting principles, due diligence processes, and Excel modeling.
• Self-starter, dedication towards achieving results and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
