• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's global objectives and regional needs, focusing on career management, performance management, and talent management for MEA, APAC, and USA regions.
• Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with regional legal and regulatory requirements. Provide guidance on complex HR issues and legal matters.
• Identify, attract, and retain top talent by assessing workforce needs and managing the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Create and execute action plans to boost employee engagement and satisfaction. Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate effective internal communication processes across the regions, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging.
• Develop and lead projects aimed at improving HR processes and achieving operational excellence. 

• Graduated from universities, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Economics and Administrative Sciences, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Sociology, or Psychology,
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of Human Resources,
• Excellent command of English,
• Use MS Office programs effectively,
• Team-oriented and adopt a customer-focused approach,
• Committed to working in a solution and results-oriented manner,
