Yeni Takım Arkadaşımızdan Neler Bekliyoruz?

  • Designing HR analytics, managing projects, developing reports tailored to needs, and analyzing these reports.
  • Managing the personnel budget process and preparing relevant reports throughout the year.
  • Conducting studies to develop and determine the compensation and benefits strategy.
  • Managing legal compliance and risks associated with Human Resources.
  • Conducting salary studies, monitoring industry practices and trends, and carrying out reporting, analysis, and presentation work accordingly.
  • Preparing, monitoring, and reporting annual HR workforce plans.
  • Aligning HR processes with staffing applications and executing annual HR budget planning.
  • Preparing monthly and periodic HR reports and presentations.
  • Creating, updating, and ensuring the follow-up of HR procedures and instructions.

Nasıl bir takım arkadaşı arıyoruz?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from relevant university departments,
  • At least 2 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs,
  • Residing in Istanbul,
  • Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Team-oriented and collaborative.
