Yeni Takım Arkadaşımızdan Neler Bekliyoruz?
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales & profitability performance and market trends to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from senior management and provide data-driven recommendations to address business challenges and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain predictive models, mix management studies and segmentation strategies to support targeted sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and marketing teams to develop strategies for customers and products based on data insights.
- Design and implement dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Nasıl bir takım arkadaşı arıyoruz?
- Bachelor’s degree from Engineering, Statistics/Math, Economics or related departments of a reputable university
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- 5+ years proven experience in customer analytics, sales analysis, or business intelligence
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy and quality
- Strong commercial acumen and business judgment
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in advanced data analytics and visualization tools i.e. SQL, Python, Power BI is a plus
