We are expanding our Digital Transformation organization and are looking for a highly motivated Business Technology Professional to drive process development and improvement across our Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain operations. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and process excellence, and plays a critical part in shaping the future of our digital ecosystem.

As a Business Technology Professional, you will analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end business processes, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and tools to deliver measurable impact. Working closely with business teams across Europe and Türkiye, you will enable smarter, faster, and more efficient operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and improve business processes in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Lead process mining and automation initiatives using Celonis and S/4.
• Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to understand challenges and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with IT for solution delivery.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Support digital transformation projects across the group, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage workshops, process mapping sessions, and design thinking activities to foster innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Strong business process know-how in at least one area: Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Supply Chain.
• Solid understanding of IT concepts, system integrations, data structures, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with Celonis (process mining, analysis, action flows, automation) — must-have.
• Ability to work with complex data, perform root-cause analyses, and propose actionable solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English (German or Turkish is an asset).e
